• Keep their password secure and update it if compromised.
• Use the live-location feature only for active business operations.

• No fraudulent or misleading listings.
• No scraping, reverse-engineering, or unauthorized access.
• No posting of illegal or copyrighted content.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and design elements on this site are the property of Find My Elotero, Inc.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

This service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Our total liability is limited to $100.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
